Chef Ryan began his cooking career in New York City after he graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2014. Since then he has gone to work for Alex Guarnascheli, Jonathan Waxman, Gabrielle Hamilton and Ludo Lefebvre. In 2020 he decided to open up a Food Truck in Virginia Beach, a beach town where he spent many summers fishing, crabbing and embracing local culture.
